3. Email and SMS Communications

We send email digests and notifications based on your subscription preferences. Paid members may also opt in to SMS notifications. You can manage your preferences at any time from your notification settings. You may opt out of SMS by replying STOP to any message or adjusting your settings.

We use the following third-party services to operate RhemaWatch:

• Stripe for payment processing. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
• Postmark for transactional email delivery.
• Twilio for SMS message delivery.
• OpenAI for content analysis and chat features. Chat messages and content transcripts are sent to OpenAI for processing.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Authentication uses JWT tokens. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Cookies

RhemaWatch uses local storage for authentication tokens and user preferences (such as dark mode). We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
